It cracks. me. up. when an SUV swerves to avoid a tiny bump or small pothole in the road. What is the point of all wheel drive if you're afraid to hit a two-inch bump in the sidewalk?

Man, it's bad enough they they hog the road. Now they are taking over the sidewalks, too?

That should have been "road", obviously. Of course, this particular driver wasn't too far from taking over the sidewalk in his quest not to expose his precious to the rougher side of the road.
I remember a friend of mine telling me about pushing her Jeep Cherokee up an icy heel in her heels. It amused me to no end that her 2" heels apparently got better traction than her all-terrain vehicle.
the problem with suvs is that their to big for the road...at least in the areas where we live. i think some times the asian people half it right with their small car.
