Dog and the crew are headed up into the back hills of Hawaii to chase a fugitive. Dog mugs for the camera:
"If she's hidden out up here, she's hidden out good. Nobody's been up here since Lewis and Clark."
Then a minute or two later, he says "We're not dumb like you're making us out to be."
Hee hee.

Do I hear someone making fun of Belgians? Funbar, don't make fun of the Belgians. Have a go at the Irish instead.
And furthermore, Finbar, the central precept of Buddhism is not "every man for himself".
P.S., Kunstemaecker, it's a reference to "A Fish Called Wanda", which I now belatedly realize I should have included on my "Five Movies I Like A Lot" list. Ah well...
